ACRYLIC ADHESIVES

Venture products specifying Acrylic Adhesives are uniformly manufactured with a specially developed formulation which combines exceptionally high shear strength with both high tack and cold stick properties, important in working under less than ideal conditions.  The bond strength of the products in this aggressive, high temperature adhesive family actually increases after application through self cross-linking of its acrylic polymers.

A tridirectionally reinforced, hand tearable, expanded polyethylene foil tape coated with acrylic adhesive which exhibits superior quick stock at high and low temperatures.  Resistant to moisture it is recommended for use in conditions of high humidity.  Meets AS1530-Part 3.

Vapor seal for reinforced aluminium faced fibreglass or mineral wool thermal insulation

DUCT TAPE

UL-181B-FX 3 mil (75micron) Printed Flexible Duct Closure Tape 1599B

Apolypropylene film with an acrylic “CW” cold weather adhesive system.  Will perform well in either sub-zero cold or abnormally warm temperatures.  UL listed.  Meets or exceeds all state building codes requiring UL181B-FX.  Colour Silver.

Industrial Tape

Used as a vapor seal for aluminium foil faced thermal insulation whether fibreglass, rockwool, polyester or sectional pipe insulation.
All-weather Acrylic Adhesive Venture Tape is an Aluminium Foil Tape manufactured with a specially developed formulation which combines exceptionally high shear strength with both high tack and cold stick properties. Polyethylene Reinforced Foil Tape is a tridirectionally reinforced, hand tearable, expanded polyethylene foil tape coated with acrylic adhesive which exhibits superior quick stick at high and low temperatures. Resistant to moisture it is recommended for use in conditions of high humidity.
Maxtape Insulating Foam Tape is made from EPDM insulating foam sheet and specially coated with selected acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive to ensure good tacking strength and long service life. It is closed cell, light weight, having stable and low thermal conductivity value which serves the insulating purpose in retarding heat loss, heat gain and condensation protection. It is also ideal for use as a Purlin Tape and will ensure reduction of all thermal movement noises on steel framed buildings with no deterioration over time.
